Arrival Day: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Meet your driver at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha for your overnight stay. Relax after your flight, prepare for the safari, and receive a briefing about the journey ahead. Additional hotel arrangements can be organized according to your arrival time and preferences.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your pickup will be around 7:00–8:00 am, with the exact time confirmed before departure. Drive approximately 2 hours (109 km) to Tarangire for your first game drive. Look for elephants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and many bird species. Late afternoon, drive to Mto wa Mbu or Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 2: Mto wa Mbu/Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart around 9:00–9:30 am and continue toward Serengeti. Your park check-in time will depend on the route and entrance formalities, while the following day’s check-out will be completed before leaving Serengeti. Watch for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and abundant birds in Central Serengeti. Around 5:45–6:00 pm, drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Serengeti Game Drive to Ndutu Area
Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before beginning a morning game drive through Serengeti. Continue with wildlife viewing during the afternoon, then drive toward the Serengeti exit point to complete check-out formalities. Continue into the Ndutu Area for a late-evening game drive if time allows. During calving season, watch for wildebeest, zebras, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, leopards, and other predators before dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ndutu Area Full-Day Game Drive
After breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for a full day of wildlife viewing across the Ndutu plains. This is an excellent opportunity during calving season to see wildebeest with young calves, zebras, gazelles, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and other predators. Follow the movements of wildlife with your guide, then around 5:30–6:00 pm, return toward your Ndutu accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Ndutu Game Drive to Ngorongoro Rim or Karatu
Have an early breakfast and begin your game drive at approximately 6:20 am, carrying a packed lunch. Early hours can provide excellent wildlife viewing, with opportunities to spot wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, lion, cheetah, hyena, and other animals across the Ndutu landscape during calving season. In the early afternoon, begin driving toward the Ngorongoro Rim or Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for approximately 5–6 hours of game viewing with a packed lunch. Look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and many bird species. After the crater game drive, begin the approximately 4-hour journey back to Arusha. Around 5:30–6:30 pm, you should arrive at your Arusha hotel.

Departure Day: Arusha to Kilimanjaro Airport
Transfer from Arusha to Kilimanjaro International Airport according to your flight schedule. Most hotels have a maximum checkout time of around 10:00 am.
